Googletalk Chatback, the most useless thing that ever was

So I added Chatback to my blog and tried to test it. If a guest clicks on my name to chat with me, the first thing they see is "You are chatting with an unidentified user, be careful what you discuss."

I am the one who is supposed to see that, because I am talking with a guest. But they too see that and it outright scares them away.

I saw this discussed on some google forums, and each time Google's answer is: "You are talking with a guest, so they are unidentified". They need some time to catch up.
